Strengthening the skills in the industrial sector is part of a conventional and partnership framework between Arts and Campus de Rabat and the Moroccan plastic association. This is what yesterday from an initiated agreement of the Minister of Industry and Trade/President of the Arts and Campus Foundation in Rabat, the President of the Moroccan Federation of Plastin and Director of Arts and Campus in Rabat, from a campus of the Arts and Campus Foundation.
“This strategic partnership agreement aims to strengthen the training and professional integration of students and school winners in the dynamic plastics in Morocco.”says Mehdi Sbti, director of art and campus campus in Rabat. And continue: “This agreement is part of the common will of the Ministry and the two institutions to support the development of skills in connection with the actual needs of the national industrial tissue, especially in the context of digital transformation and industry 4.0”.
Specifically, the partnership provides the development of curricula that are adapted to plastics and the industry, the organization of seminars, industrial visits and internships within FMP member companies, the inclusion of the federation of the choice of educational equipment and the contribution to the professional integration of the winners.
This partnership shows a concrete synergy between the academic world and the industrial sector for training engineers and managers who have been determined on the market needs.
