Morocco still break records in the tourism field. In the first two months of the current year, the arrivals to the border post received 2.7 million or a growth of 24% compared to the same period of 2024.
For the month of February 2025 alone, the arrivals at the border post reached 1.4 million and 22% in the annual gliding (+248,000 additional approvals). “This dynamic is borne by foreign tourists just as strongly with +18% (+119,000 approvals) as the Moroccans (MRE) living abroad, which rose by +26% (+130,000 approvals).”underlines the Department of Fatim Zahra Ammor and added that a solid performance was carried out on the most important exhibition markets.
“Half a million additional visitors in just two months is a number that speaks of itself. This confirms that Morocco has its place among the most important world goals.” Tourism, craft as well as social and solidarity economy. And add: “Every visitor who chooses Morocco contributes directly to the economic development of our regions, the creation of jobs and the integration of young people. It is a dynamic winner for the entire ecosystem, and proof that the tourist strategy of Morocco, led by SM, King Mohammed VI, is still fertile.”
