The rates of new credits are slightly withdrawn and reached 5.26 %. Household loans recorded an annual growth of 2 %, especially thanks to residential and consumer loans.

After all, crowdfunding for housing has also increased and reaches 25.1 billion dirham, with relaxed criteria for apartment and consumption loans as well as an increase in these two areas.
