This week added Google I see 2 For YouTube shorts and – wow, this article is already California. Let me get up again.

YouTube shorts is YouTube’s Tiktok Knockout Competitor. VEO2 is Google’s KI tool for generating videos. From this week you can use this AI to create clips for YouTube shorts. This innovative and revolutionary change will change the vertical videos forever that most people cross so that they find what they actually wanted to see.

After one Confusively formulated announcement post, You can now create clips that you can add to your shorts by simply entering a sentence. Everyone can create a short right in the YouTube Mobile app by combining the film material already stored on their phone or recording them directly. Now there is a third option: create terrible film material with AI.

“Do you need a specific scene, but don’t you have the right film material?” The contribution asks. “Simply use a text request to generate a video clip that fits your story perfectly, or create a whole new world of content.”

I cannot imagine a less appealing place than a “completely new world of content”. The expression conjures up mental images of a digital purgatory, an endless emptiness of placeholder content, into which the unworthy ones are sent to a lifelong life.

So of course I wanted to try it out.

I set fire to the YouTube application on my phone that the function is a little buried. To generate a clip, you have to click on the Add Button in the lower left corner and then-then, on one of the photos or videos on your phone to click-tap the Create Button on the top of the screen. Then you can enter your entry request and tap Create.

I hope everything ends to be honest.

You will see four thumbnails – one and the AI creates a clip for you. This is added to your timeline, i.e. you can edit you to the rest of the short film as you want.

I played around with it a few times, mainly with cats who eat planets (I wanted to see it). The results were not particularly convincing of a cat -like or astronomical perspective – I would say that it was more similar to the feeling of a fading memory of a dream – but I certainly had a video that contained the elements I described.

There is still one way to use these videos – as an animated background for your shorts. To do this, tap the Down arrow in the toolbar to expand it and tap on the Green screen Option, then tap the AI radio instead of one of your photo. You can still get four thumbnails to choose from – the one you choose becomes a video. You can record when you speak as a video loop in the background. To be honest, this seems to be a decent use for AI – a quick and available visual flicker for a video that is also quick and available.

We have an article about what it is worth How to hide YouTube shorts from your feedAs apparently any other website on the Internet. I wonder why this is so.
