Donald Trump insisted that the United States would “definitely” impose tariffs on the EU according to its taxes in Canada, Mexico and China.
The US President said on Sunday evening that the EU had “really exploited us. . . They don’t take our cars, they do not take our agricultural products. ”
“(The) European Union really does not match,” said Trump. “It is an atrocities that you did.”
When asked whether tariffs would lead to higher prices, Trump said: “We may have short -term pain, and people understand that.”
When asked whether he would impose tariffs in Great Britain, Trump said: “It could happen”.
