On Tuesday my group took a brisk trip southeast, visiting a small farm along the way where they kept two large pigs. It was a cold but beautiful day and a warm soup lunch was welcome afterwards.
Yesterday was one of my tough rides, up to Hellyer Velodrome on the Coyote Creek Trail and then back home for a little under three hours of riding. I rode almost at a high pace for the first two hours, then did interval and bike training on the way home. I was definitely tired when I got home, mostly pleasant.
