In the government council | The Economist
The Government Council will consider four draft decrees on Thursday, January 16, 2025, the first of which relates to the determination of remuneration for services provided by the autonomously managed state service “National Institute of Registers and Legal and Judicial Professions” at the Ministry of Justice.
The second text concerns the definition of the conditions for the appointment of the members of the Council of the Higher Health Authority, the third concerns the application of the provisions of articles 32 and 34 of the law establishing this authority, while the fourth draft decree amends the decree on the application of the law on the practice of the architectural profession and the creation of the National Order of Architects.
The Council will continue its work by considering an agreement between the Government of Morocco and the African Union of the Blind (UAFA) on the establishment of the UAFA’s permanent headquarters in Morocco, signed in Rabat on March 19, 2024, and a draft law approving this agreement . The Council will also consider the Annex amending the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of Morocco and the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), signed in Banjul on May 4, 2024, as well as a draft law approving the said agreement.
