6.20 Friday Favorites – The Fitnessista

Hello friends! Happy Friday! How are you doing? I hope you had a great week. I’m sorry for the barbecues here this week – I only managed to publish two posts because we have experienced our last days in Sevilla. One of the greatest gifts for me during this long journey was that I was 12 blog posts before our departure before writing 12 blog posts. It gave me the chance to really undress and enjoy me, and now we are at home and it goes back to the routine!

I am quite proud of myself because, despite the entire trip, I was solo parents. The girls and I flew over the ocean to Barcelona, enjoyed a few days before our cruise and after our cruise there, Has the Disney cruise, Flew to Seville, spent more than 4 weeks there, and the pilot has been able to join in the past few days.

He ended the training since he returned to the airlines, and although we were hopeful, the timing would work on the trip, but I didn’t work that way. Since he would be gone anyway, the girls and I did it and I’m so happy that we did it. They are now older, which makes things easier, but it was definitely a core memory girls’ trip! I still have some Spanish posts on the way, including some of my tips, Airbnb recipes, as I was with Zero Jet, Barcelona’s gluten-free food tour and dinner. So stay up to date! If you have any questions for upcoming posts, please LMK!

In the meantime, I am here in a hoodie from the Copius climate system (bless it) and cuddle with Massey. I would like to hear what they were going on and what they have up to date this weekend!

Some pictures from our last week:

An incredible dinner in Petra. This place wins for my favorite tortilla and I tried many of them while we were there 😉

Pollo Asado alias chicken man. We had Pollo Asado so often when we were in Seville because it was directly from our Airbnb from the street. They had chickens that were roasted, and they only had to tell the guy how many they would like, he would get their chicken, cut it and put it in a container and drizzle with juice from the roast bowl. It was $ 11 and the best chicken. I will miss it!

The pilot did it! He ended the training and hopped on an overseat to meet us. Just in time for the celebration of the Father’s Day in Isla Mágica, a water park and theme park, he only arrived there in time. We were with four other families and all children (and adults) loved it.

That night we went to La Cabonería, a bar with a living flamenco. We only arrived there in time for the show; It was perfect! We enjoyed Tinto de Versto and Amaaazing Flamenco.

Bullfighter ring and museum. Although I would never take part in a bull fight, I was interested in seeing the museum and such an important part of Sevillano’s culture and history.

Cañabota. I enjoyed a small Michelin -Stern -Doppel -Date evening with Sam and Tony. This meal was epic. Everything was so fresh and beautifully prepared. 10/10 recommend.

(The liquid in the glass on the far right was “water gazpacho”. It was clear, but it tasted just like Gazpacho!)

My beautiful friend Sam! I am so happy that our babies decided that they were forever best friends when they were barely 3 years old.

It is time for the weekly Friday favorite party. Here I share some of my favorite finds from the week and on the Internet. I always love to hear from your favorites. Please scream something that you love in the comment area below.

6.20 Friday favorites

Fashion + beauty + accidental:

Find a new dress! I picked up this at Corte Inglés (my favorite business with several levels in Spain) before I left. The brand is Maksu.

My pre-spain manicure give applause. I was determined that they had no maintenance during our absence, so I asked for flowers + a shadow that fit my natural nails so that they could grow out. The technology did it. This is 7 weeks of growth and you can only see it if you look closely. From a distance they still look good.

Reading, looking, hearing:

Don’t forget to check yourself The podcast episode this week here About why you don’t lose weight, even if you do all things.

I watched four films on the flight home! West Side Story (The new version is really above the drama, costumes, choreography, casting), new, new Father of the bride (super cute and funny), new Snow White (I feel despite the bad press/reviews, it was okay) and Pearl Harbor (Can you believe that I have never seen the whole thing ???). My eyes burned afterwards, but it was every 10 years.

Fitness, health and good food:

At home to my red light. It felt so good to use this again, and I felt an immediate energy boost. (Fitnessista saves you 260 US dollars)

Make the famous pasta salad from Uncle E for a family meal tomorrow.

Order this grill brush Because there are no metal bristles.

Make this ice cake as soon as possible.

Thank you for stopping by the blog today! I wish you a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!

Xoxo
