We are officially in week 4 of the Summer form challengeAnd if you feel that your motivation fades or is not as excited as in week 1, that’s okay!
It is common for motivation to fade, but it is so important to climb on it so that you can continue to destroy your goals. Here real transformation happens, not only in your body, but in your way of thinking.
Here you will find tips on how to reset your way of thinking so that you can end these last few weeks!
1. Leave the mentality “all or nothing”
Missed a training session? Not eaten something on your plan? One day skipped your steps?
That’s okay. Things happen. You are a person.
This challenge is not about being perfect. It is about building consistency and keeping up again and again, even after a setback. Not all of their progress hurls one day free. End. Let go of the blame and move further forward.
2. Concentrate on non -Calic victories
The scale is only a (very small) measure of success. What else has moved?
-
Are your energy levels higher?
-
Do you sleep better?
-
Are your desire more manageable?
-
Did you stick to your goals for more than ever?
These profits are important. It is actually more important. Follow the progress you feel, not just what you see.
3. Remember your “why”
You started this challenge for a certain reason. Maybe it was safer. To increase your energy. Finally stay with a plan.
Take a few minutes today to Complete with your why. Write it down. Say it out loud. Place it on a sticky note and place it in a place you will see for the rest of this challenge. When the motivation fades, your why is what you keep.
4. Shifting from result to identity
Instead of saying: “I want to lose weight,” they say: “I will someone who prioritizes your health.”
Instead of “I want to be fit”, say “I am the kind of woman who doesn’t quit itself.”
It is powerful to shift your focus from what you want from who you become. This gives their daily habits more like who they are instead of how they do.
5. Celebrate how far you have come
You made it until week 4. That is a big deal. Most people don’t even take the step and start. But you did it. You appeared. And you still appear.
Take a moment and be proud of it. Then use it as proof that you can end this challenge more than you started.
Ready for your reset?
Let this be your moment to reset, step down and Press further forward. You have come too far to stop now. Let us end these last weeks on purpose, strength and confidence.
You have that.
