5 tips to help you stay on track in the final week:
1. Set a goal for the last week
Whether it’s setting a new personal record in your workout series or sticking to the Hot Body Meal plan without slipping up, setting a specific goal for the final week will help you work toward it. Write it down and remind yourself of it daily to stay focused.
2. Don’t compare yourself to others
Everyone’s fitness journey is unique. Therefore, do not compare your progress. Focus on your own achievements and how far you have come since starting SSU.
3. Stay positive
Positive self-talk can make a big contribution to motivation. Remember all the hard work you’ve done so far and the progress you’ve made. Encourage yourself with affirmations and believe in your ability to successfully overcome the challenge.
4. Rely on your accountability group
Your accountability group is there to support you. So don’t be afraid to ask them for motivation if you feel like you’re drifting away from your goals. Share your struggles, successes and goals with your LSF babes and let them lift you up. Knowing that you are not alone on this journey is an incredible power.
5. Celebrate how far you have come
Take time to celebrate how far you have come in your fitness journey. Recognize all the hard work and dedication you have put in over the past few weeks. Treat yourself to something special as a reward for your commitment to yourself and SSU!
This final week of SSU is your chance to finish strong and show what you are capable of. Stay motivated, stay positive and don’t give up. You’ve made it to week 6 and that’s incredible!
