5 tips for staying with your goals on the right track

If we occur in the fourth week of our Spring -Down -Down challenge, it is important to stay motivated and concentrate on your goals so that you do not leave or give up! Summer is right around the corner, so we stay consistent!

5 tips with which you stay on the right track and remain motivated:

1. Check the goals

If you have made goals at the beginning of the SSD, give them again and make sure that you concentrate on reaching them! You can update this at any time to fit the best to your wishes and needs, but to maintain them.

Make sure that your goals within the time frame of the rest of the challenge are realistic and accessible whether it loses a certain weight or improves your endurance.

2. Stay consistent

Consistency is the key when it comes to seeing results. Make sure you stick to your training plan and your menu, even on days when you donā€™t feel like it. Remember that every little effort made great progress in the long run.

Summer is just around the corner and you will thank yourself for moving your body, even if you donā€™t want to lie on a tropical beach on a beach;)

3 .. Check the accountability group

A support system can make a big difference during a fitness challenge. Regardless of whether it is a training buddy, a friend who shares your goals or your SSD mandatory obligation group, you should check in with you while we are slim halfway!

If you have not submitted your group to win our giveaway at the end of the SSD, make sure that Submit here!

4. Mix your workouts

Keep things interesting by trying out different types of workouts in our Move the app during the challenge. This not only prevents boredom, but also helps to target different muscle groups and prevent plateaus. Mix it from cardio to strength training to yoga to challenge your body.

5. Celebrate little victories

Donā€™t forget to celebrate your progress on the way. Take the time to recognize your little victories and to celebrate whether you meet a new personal best in your training streak for a week, stick to your menu or just feel more energetic. This helps you to motivate and concentrate on your ultimate goal.

Remember, the spring -slim down Challenge is a trip, no sprint. Stay concentrated, stay positive and, above all, do not give up. You have that!
