Hello friends! Have a nice weekend! I’m here on a Saturday with Friday Faves. The pilot was gone all week this week so I took care of the single parenting thing. We’re counting down the days until summer break! We got a little taste of it yesterday and I’m READY. Went to the pool after school with the kids and a few friends and it was perfect. I was pressured to ride the water slide and I really enjoyed it lol.
The rest of the weekend plans include a great brunch, watching the Wildcats tonight, and getting ready for the week ahead. I also wish you a nice and relaxing weekend!

Fashion, beauty, coincidence:
These glasses. I’ve shared them before, but the RX glasses allow me to be a fun poolside mom lol. I can swim and drive a car and ride water slides and still see what I’m doing. I look absolutely ridiculous, but I remind myself that the kids will probably only remember that I actually played in the water with them, and not that I look like an insect.
That Target skirt. It’s super light and comfortable; perfect for game day and pickleball.
Another shout out to my favorite “mom swimsuit.” The fabric is super light, fits perfectly and there are so many great colors. (I also cover your butt while you build sandcastles or chase the kids around.) I also wear and I love this two piece.

Fitness, health and good food:

Here are some of my top tips:

Full spectrum magnesium
Magnesium is one of the most common deficiencies I see and it impacts so many systems in the body. I take this every evening and give it to the children too. I have tried many different brands and types of magnesium and this is by far my favorite.
Melatonin can be a nice little relief if you have trouble sleeping or are traveling. I always take it with me when we travel, so I can travel to Spain without jet lag. I love it.
