Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (225 g) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then share it with a friend and enjoy!
