Hello friends! Happy Friday! What are you going on this weekend? It is Rodeo Break (it is an AZ things and I love it), so the children are at school. We only enjoy a few Tucson adventures, fun with friends and this spring weather. I am now sending some sunshine to my icy friends!
I do a round of the Equilife detoxification at the moment and feel fantastic. I planned to start with our community in January, but everyone else in the house was sick with a cold/virus, so I stopped after a day. I had to move my focus on immunity and could stay healthy while I took care of everyone else.
Now that retirement is over and things are a bit quieter, it was a good opportunity to get into them for 14 days. Further information on my previous detoxification experiences can be found here. This focuses on high nutrients and lots of fresh whole food, so it is pretty easy to stick to it. (Noteworthy here that I skip the fasting days.)
It’s time for the weekly Friday favorite party! Here I share some of my favorite finds from the week and on the Internet. I always love to hear from your favorites. Please scream something that you love in the following campaign department.

Fashion + beauty + accidental:
Beefsteak! This is one of our favorite events, and the funds support veterans and military families. You have a live auction (you auctioned a Tesla this year, which was pretty cool!) And a silent auction, a delicious dinner (the area of seafood this year was amaaaaazing). And dance. I always love a little opportunity to get dressed and celebrate with the pilot and friends.
Dress was a last-minute dillards find:
Some pictures!
Amazon currently has so many great spring dresses and sets. I’ll make a contribution next week, but here are some that I have in mind:
This open maxi dress with the open back
A Somerset lookalike in so many colors
This dress looks much more expensive than it is
I have this in black and it is so flattering and perfect for many occasions
Reading, looking, hearing:
If you like historical fiction, this was a recent reading by 10/10.
You have ballet courses for adults in Livs Studio and I thought about deciding on …
The value of doing nothing in a hyperproductive world.
Fitness, health and good food:
I have just ordered more from my favorite decaf coffee.
How to build a perfect salad bowl.
Such a simple breakfast and the children love it too.
Thank you for stopping by the blog today! I wish you a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!
Xoxo
