A projectile started for Israel According to Israeli officials, an attack from Yemen struck Tel Aviv on Saturday night, leaving 14 people slightly injured.
The Israeli military said after sirens sounded in central Israel that the projectile had landed in Tel Aviv southern Jaffa area after failed interception attempts.
“Following sirens that recently sounded in central Israel, a projectile fired from Yemen was identified and unsuccessful interception attempts were made,” the military said on Telegram.

Iran-backed Houthi rebels have since launched repeated rocket attacks against Israel from Yemen War in Gaza began in October last year, but the overnight incident represents a rare case in which Israel failed to intercept.

“Recently reports were received of a weapons crash in one of the settlements in the Tel Aviv district,” Israeli police said on Saturday.
On Thursday, the Israeli military said it intercepted a rocket fired from Yemen whose shrapnel caused significant damage to a school near Tel Aviv.
