Hello, I’m Partha, the creator and owner of My Bodyweight Exercises.
I am a REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
The goal of my website is to help people achieve their body composition goals.
All of my content is designed to help you improve your body, whether you want to get stronger, build more muscle, lose weight, burn body fat, or just become a fitter and more fit person.
My story
I started as a teenager with a set of dumbbells and a Bullworker X5.
As you can probably guess, most of my training in those early days was focused on building “chest and back.” LOL, we all did it!
However, it sparked my interest and passion for exercise and improving body composition.
I have been going to the gym regularly since June 2000.
Aside from that, my initial career path was in finance, but my love for training has always been with me.
So much so that I pursued (and passed) my personal training qualifications while working in finance.
I now coach clients offline and have been writing online since 2008, creating websites in both finance and fitness.
My qualifications
I am a qualified Level 3 personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning.
Additionally, I hold Level 1 certification in nutrition, corrective exercise, and weight management.
